The bag is a bit bulky for errands or for school, so its a bit of a hassle to carry around. Nonetheless, I love the colour, design, and mutiple pockets!!

Very disappointing. I was so excited to show off my crossbody bag. The bag I received was faulty with a decent size hole that is very visible. I emailed their customer service team 2 weeks ago and have not heard back.
