How do I claim my Black Friday gift?

Can I prepare my cart before the sale?

Absolutely! We recommend having your cart ready ahead of time. Just remember, items in your cart aren't reserved, so be sure to check out quickly once the sale goes live!

Will styles sell out?

Yes! Some of our most loved styles and limited edition colourways will go quick, so we recommend preparing your wishlist and shopping early to avoid missing out!

Will all Rover Totes be included in the sale?

Everything that is in stock now will be included at the time of launch. Please note that some styles, sizes and colourways may be unavailable.

Can I return or exchange items purchased during Black Friday?

All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Due to the high volume of orders during our Black Friday Sale, please allow 5 business days for dispatch. Our team will be working hard to get your orders on their way as quickly as possible.

Can I use an additional discount code during the sale?

No, additional discount codes cannot be combined with our Black Friday offers, as all sale prices are already heavily discounted.
