Warranty

At Olivia Jean, we're proud of the quality and care that goes into every product. We offer a 4 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in material or workmanship that make your item unusable or cause a complete loss of functionality. 

How to make a claim

To make a claim, email us at info@oliviajean.com.au with the following:

• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence of the fault

All claims must be made by the original purchaser. To assess your claim, we'll review the photo or video provided. If the fault can't be verified digitally, we may ask you to return the item for further review.

What we'll do

If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll offer a suitable resolution. If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or add you to a waitlist for restock. Final decisions regarding warranty coverage are made at Olivia Jean's discretion.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or neglect.

What isn't covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Webbing straps
• Wear and tear 
  
• Accidental damage, improper care or general misuse
• Complimentary or promotional (free) items received as a gift with purchase
