WARRANTY

At Olivia Jean, we’re proud of the quality and care that goes into every product. We offer a 12-month extended warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship that make your item unusable or cause a complete loss of functionality.

To assess a claim, we’ll ask for photo or video proof of the issue. If the fault can’t be verified digitally, we may request the item be returned to us for review. Please note, complimentary or promotional (FREE) items are not covered under this warranty due to their gift-with-purchase nature.

If the item is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll offer a suitable resolution — this may be a replacement, a store credit, or compensation for reasonable repair costs, depending on the situation. If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or waitlist you for a restock. Final decisions regarding warranty coverage are made at Olivia Jean’s discretion.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. While our products are made to last, all materials will naturally show signs of age over time. This includes minor scratches, seam tears, fading, accidental damage, improper packing and general misuse.

To make a claim, email us at info@oliviajean.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and photo or video evidence showing the fault. All claims must be made by the original purchaser of the item.
