Your bag travels flat to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Before you do anything else, take a moment to set it up properly. The baseboard sits under the lining — simply place it flat and it will form into shape, giving your bag its structure and silhouette.

For everyday marks, spot treat with mild soap and water using a soft cloth — do not rub. For a deeper clean, machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle on its own, then lay flat or hang in the shade to dry naturally. The baseboard stays in.

Keep bleach, strong detergents, and abrasive cleaners away from your bag entirely. They will dull the finish and break down the fabric over time.

Your straps are designed for comfort, not excess weight. Be mindful of how much you load your bag. To extend the lifetime of your bag, we recommend distributing the weight evenly and avoiding letting a heavily loaded bag swing or drag.

Our colours are rich and considered, and with the right care they will stay that way. Avoid storing your bag in direct sunlight for extended periods — UV exposure will cause fading over time. When you're not using it, keep it somewhere cool, dry, and out of harsh light.

When your bag isn't in use, stuff it with soft clothing to maintain its shape, and store it in a well ventilated space away from direct light.
