DELIVERY INFORMATION

Express orders are dispatched the same day (order by 1pm AEDT) 
Standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are outside of our control once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Standard Shipping will take between 3-8 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

Express Shipping if you are located in metropolitan areas, this means next day delivery for majority of customers. Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 2-4 business days. 

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional shipping protection to give you peace of mind. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you’ll be covered for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost parcels – If your order doesn’t arrive within the courier’s delivery timeframe, we’ll investigate and replace or refund your order.

  • Damaged parcels – If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the item and packaging so we can send a replacement.

  • Stolen parcels – If tracking confirms delivery but your parcel is missing, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

Shipping protection must be added at checkout. Without it, Olivia Jean is not responsible for parcels once they are handed over to the courier.

 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

All pre-order items will be shipped together in one order. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES FEES

We encourage you to look into your local regulations regarding customs and duties fees prior to placing your order. Olivia Jean do not take responsibility for covering the costs of these fees.
