Care Details

To care for your Olivia Jean Bag, follow these instructions:

Your bag arrives flat to protect it in transit. Simply press the baseboard into shape.

If your bag needs a clean, spot treat the area with mild soap and water, no harsh rubbing. For bigger stains, machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle on its own. Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade. The baseboard stays in during washing.

Neoprene is a functional fabric, however it is not indestructible and our bags will show signs of wear and tear.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much fits inside?

Sizes range from compact (Small and Medium) to spacious (Large and XL), so you can pick based on daily use or travel needs.

Is it good for uni, work or travel?

Yes, these are some of the most popular ways our customers use their bags. With dedicated space for your laptop, water bottle and everyday essentials, plus plenty of built-in organisation.

Can I use it as a carry-on?

Yes! The Rover Large fits comfortably under the seat in front, while the Rover XL is better suited to the overhead compartment. Both also feature a built-in travel sleeve that slides over your suitcase handle for hands-free travel.

How do I clean my bag?

Our Rover Totes are machine washable, making them easy to keep fresh. Simply wash on a cold, gentle cycle and leave to air dry.

Is the bag heavy?

Our bags are on the lighter side, making them your go-to choice. Designed with thick comfortable straps, you can pack what you need without your bag feeling heavy.

Is it water resistant?

The neoprene material resists light moisture, but isn't fully submersible or waterproof at the seams.

Can it insulate food or drinks?

Neoprene naturally slows temperature change, so it helps keep a water bottle or snacks cooler for longer than a fabric bag.
