As some one who practily carries the kitchen sink in my bag haha it fits everything i finally am able to have one bag from medication to lunch to laptop and iPad and it doesn't brake my back nor do I have to dig for things due to the massive pockets and multiple pockets love it

This bag is great, lots of space which is really handy especially as a uni student. The only issue is it came with that plastic smell that is really strong and even having aired it out and used it a couple times its just as strong smelling as when I first opened it. No issues other wise, the colour is also really cute 🫶🏼

The size is perfect, and I especially love that the inside isn’t black, it makes it so much easier to find things quickly. The drink bottle holder and the sleeve to attach it to a suitcase are such clever, practical features. It’s been ideal as both an overnight bag and for everyday use. The design is super versatile. My only wish is that the straps were adjustable and that the shorter strap could be removed if needed. Still, such a great purchase overall!

I was looking for ages for a bag that I can take as a personal item overseas and I was so glad to come across the Spencer tote bag!!! It’s even better in person! I love everything about it and will definitely be using it as an everyday work bag aswell.

I recommend this bag everyday of the week. I was in the market for a new work tote bag and this comes with everything a girl could dream of!! I even plan to use this tote for when I head overseas, it’s perfect with the luggage strap on the back. If you’re thinking about buying this bag - absolutely do it!!

I'm an RN and loved the look of this bag for work as it fits a lot, has a few (but not too many) pockets, and no laptop sleeve. It seems really high quality and will last a long time. My only complaints is that the zipper seems to get stuck and you have to tug it a few times. Also has a strong plasticky smell at first but mostly went away after about a week.

i love the bag so much although it came with a crease mark along the front of the bag which wont come out. ive tried ironing over it which doesnt help in the removal of the mark.

I was unsure on what would “tick my boxes” i guess you could say when it comes to finding the perfect bag. But! you have certainly ticked all of the boxes! it is the perfect size, washable and will hold everything i need it to hold! including the zip up where i can ensure my belongings are safe and secure! I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be back for more in the future!!

I emailed about auspost losing my parcel, that I was hoping to have the tote for a flight I was getting on in a few days. I got a reply in, no joke, 5 minutes!! On a Sunday!! Olivia said they would express post out a whole new tote first thing the next morning. I had it in two days, the day before my flight! I bought it over a month ago, and I thought I wasn’t gonna have it in time, so I super happy and extremely impressed! Could not thank Olivia Jean enough. The tote bag is SO nice!
