Orders received before 2pm are shipped the same day (AEDT). If your order is placed after this it will be dispatched the next business day. 

We offer returns and free exchanges & store credits. Refund requests must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Store credit or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Domestic Returns:
Refund requests will have a $9.95 handling fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

Unfortunately, items purchased during a sitewide sale are not eligible for a refund. You are able to return only for a store credit or exchange.
