We offer returns, exchanges and store credits. Refund requests must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Store credit or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date.
Domestic Returns:
Refund requests will have a $9.95 handling fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

The Rover tote is so well designed, I can fit everything I need for the day without having to carry multiple bags. The straps are so comfy and fit on the shoulder without any pain points. It's easy to see and grab everything in your bag without having to dig around or stop and empty your bag. I think it just makes your day a lot easier and looks stylish at the same time.
