Inside Our First Ever Olivia Jean Community Day

In August, we hosted our very first Olivia Jean Community Day, a sold out event that brought together our community for Pilates, connection and of course, our signature active bags that move with you from workout to weekend.

Why a Community Day?

Olivia Jean was born from a simple idea: to design stylish, functional bags that fit seamlessly into active, on-the-go lives. From Pilates mornings to long workdays and weekend getaways, our bags are made to support busy women who want both style and function. Hosting a Community Day felt like the perfect way to celebrate that mission offline and connect with the women who carry OJ every day.

The Event

We partnered with Ground Up Studio in Alexandria for a Pilates class that sold out in under 24 hours. Our OJ girls arrived ready for a morning of movement. Every guest received a curated goodie bag, and we shared iced matcha after class.

Why It Matters

The highlight of the day was meeting our community in person. Hearing how our everyday totes fit into your routines reminded us exactly why we design the products we do. Olivia Jean is more than just a bag brand — it’s about creating essentials for women who live life on the go.

What’s Next

This Community Day was just the beginning. We’ll be hosting more opportunities to come together, celebrate movement and continue building a community around active bags for active lives.
