During busy sale periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. Our team will be working as quickly as possible to get your order packed and on its way.

Need it sooner? Express Priority Shipping is available at checkout and will be prioritised for dispatch.

Orders placed during our Out of Office sale period are final sale. This means no returns or exchanges.

If you prepared your cart ahead of the sale, please refresh or update your cart before checking out to ensure the promos and free gifts appear correctly.

You'll have the option to choose between two gifts, so make sure you select the one you want! Unfortunately we're unable to send these out separately, so please double-check your selection before placing your order.

Discount codes cannot be combined with sale prices or other promotions unless otherwise specified.

Unfortunately we're unable to apply the sale price retrospectively. Please also keep in mind that items sell out fast, so there's no guarantee the items you've ordered would still be available at the time of your request.
