This is the BEST travel bag for a personal item. This bag is very well thought out and fits perfectly under the airline seat. Love the liner colour s it’s easy to find things in the tote and the pocket selection is excellent. I love the pocket in the front as well as it’s great to pop something in quickly. The 2 different straps is great and it fits perfect on top of my carry-on bag. Definitely a must have bag!

This organised work tote is slimline and holds all the essentials including water bottle. It is the most comfortable bag I have ever used. Is lightweight even with the bag full. It is beautifully lined inside. I could not be happier. The zip closure works well also even with water bottle inside. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for the design.

I emailed about auspost losing my parcel, that I was hoping to have the tote for a flight I was getting on in a few days. I got a reply in, no joke, 5 minutes!! On a Sunday!! Olivia said they would express post out a whole new tote first thing the next morning. I had it in two days, the day before my flight! I bought it over a month ago, and I thought I wasn’t gonna have it in time, so I super happy and extremely impressed! Could not thank Olivia Jean enough. The tote bag is SO nice!
