How long does the sale run for?
The Black Event is live for a limited time only. Once styles or gifts sell out, they won’t be restocked during the event so shop early to secure your favourites.

No codes needed, discounts will automatically be applied.
Is the free gift automatically added?
When you spend $200 or more, your exclusive 3 piece pouch set will be automatically added to your cart while stocks last. It’s not available for separate purchase.
Can I use a discount code during the sale?
Discount codes are disabled during The Black Event. All prices are already marked down to their lowest.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Final sale items won't be restocked, so now is your one chance to shop your favourite OJ styles.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Due to the significant discounts during The Black Event, all sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Because of the high order volume, we won't be allowing any changes once your order is confirmed. Please check your cart carefully before checking out.
How long will shipping take?
We’re working hard to pack orders quickly, but due to high demand during The Black Event, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
