I emailed about auspost losing my parcel, that I was hoping to have the tote for a flight I was getting on in a few days. I got a reply in, no joke, 5 minutes!! On a Sunday!! Olivia said they would express post out a whole new tote first thing the next morning. I had it in two days, the day before my flight! I bought it over a month ago, and I thought I wasn’t gonna have it in time, so I super happy and extremely impressed! Could not thank Olivia Jean enough. The tote bag is SO nice!

I ordered this beautiful bag under pre-order and was so excited for it to come in and once it did my daughter ended up claiming it (now she isn't a handbag girl). She loves it. Its the right size. Small enough that it's not big and bulky but big enough you can fit a fair amount in it. Very versatile... I think I need to reorder one for me !! The company also were a delight to work with too.

I would recommend sizing up for the shorts if you prefer a looser fit- but still so perfect! Can’t wait to wear them all summer long! ♥️♥️
